Art Club: Art Club is open to students in grades 5-8. Chamber Choir: Meets weekly before school at 8:20. Chamber Ensemble (Strings) Chess Club: Open to 5th – 8th graders. Beginners to Experts are welcome to participate.  In Chess Club we play many different types of chess (Tag-Team Chess, Zombie Chess, Tic-Tac Check, 4-Way Chess, Gaga-ball Chess, and even Four Square Chess).  Friendly games to intense competitions...you choose!  Computer Club:  As a club we work together to learn technology skills of our choice. Popular topics include animations, manipulating photographs, Makey Makey, coding , 3-d printing and more. Debate Club: Open to all 7th and 8th Graders Homework Club: Meets after school from 3:50 - 5:20 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in the Learning Commons. Jazz Ensemble: Meets weekly before school at 8:20.
JRMS Players: 2021 JRMS Musical TBD. Auditions will begin in March Maker Space: Morning Gym: Morning Gym meets before school at 8:20 a.m. Morning Gym will meet every morning before school Except Tuesday's.  Please check Calendar on website and/or follow our Twitter feed @jrmsFPAToday for Morning Gym cancellations Outreach: Meets Before School PE Leaders: Open to 8th grade only School Climate: Meetings will be once a month.  This is open to all students interested in helping all community members feel welcome at JRMS!
Spirit Club:  Open to grades 5-8. Members Help to plan, organize, and assist in JRMS Spirit Days and School Wide Events. Spirit Club meets once a month before school at 8:25am in room 137. Student Council: Meetings TBD  Tiger Telegraph: School Digital Newspaper Video Gaming Club: an opportunity for members to play some of their favorite video games together.  Members will be able to play everything from Tetris on the original Nintendo to Mario Kart on the Wii.  Computers will be available for gaming.  Members are welcome to bring in their own games and devices to play, although no Rated-M games are allowed.  Wingman: Meeting could be before school, during IE, and after school. Yearbook: Yearbook is designated for 8th graders only. The Yearbook staff is comprised of editors and photographers Young Poet's Society: For grades 7 & 8. Students will have opportunities to read and write poetry/Lyrics/music.
